Offline mode for festival conditions.

In a festival field, there's no reliable network. Tickable preloads the ticket database onto every device before the event and validates locally. Devices later sync among each other via Bluetooth/WiFi mesh or on first internet contact. Double scans are detected and reported in the organizer dashboard.
