New: Secondary marketplace — say goodbye to viagogo & scalpers
Analytics

Know in real-time what works.

Sales, channels, conversion funnels and cohorts — live in dashboard. Tickable measures what your marketing channels really bring — down to the individual UTM parameter.

The problem

You spend money on marketing — but don't know what comes back.

Legacy ticketing tools give you rough numbers — how many tickets sold, how much revenue. But not: which Instagram campaign brought 200 tickets? Which newsletter had 80% more conversions than the previous? Which influencer code is really performing?

Without these answers, you burn marketing budget — and you'll never know why your event sold out (or didn't).

The solution

Analytics the marketing team and the CEO understand at the same time.

Tickable tracks every buyer touchpoint — from first ad to sold ticket — and shows you the data in a dashboard you understand without training.

Live sales numbers updating every 30 seconds

Channel attribution: which UTM source brings which tickets

Funnel analysis: visitor → cart → buyer

Cohorts: returning buyers from your past events

Forecast: projected end sales based on current pace

Export as CSV, JSON, or via REST API

"We finally knew our newsletter delivered 5x the conversion of Instagram. We rebalanced budget — and sold 30% more tickets at the next event."

Why analytics matter more in ticketing than in most other industries.

An event is a time-limited operation. You have four weeks, six weeks, maybe three months to sell tickets. After that, the door closes — literally. Anyone in this window who doesn't know whether marketing is working corrects too late.

Tickable Analytics is therefore built for action: every number in the dashboard leads to a concrete decision. If newsletter converts 5x better than Instagram, I rebalance today. If a city underperforms, I run targeted regional ads.

GDPR-compliant tracking without tracker mania.

Tickable avoids invasive third-party trackers. We measure what's needed for sales analysis — UTM parameters, device class, rough region — and nothing beyond. That makes the tool GDPR-compliant and protects your buyers' privacy.

Forecast — the tool that lets organizers sleep at night.

The Tickable forecast model projects how many tickets you'll sell by event day. You see immediately whether you're on sellout course or whether you need to course-correct. This single number often decides whether you activate marketing budget for the last three weeks.

FAQ

Analytics — what you should know.

Is the data GDPR-compliant?

Yes. We don't track personally identifiable data without consent. UTM parameters and buyer data are processed GDPR-compliantly and stored in EU data centers.

Do I need Google Analytics on top?

No. Tickable Analytics replaces Google Analytics for most organizers — and is more GDPR-friendly.

Can I export data into my own BI tool?

Yes. CSV export, JSON export and a REST API are available. Webhooks for real-time streaming optional.

How accurate is the forecast?

Our model is trained on hundreds of real events. Under normal sales patterns, the forecast is accurate to ±8% three weeks before event day.

Can I see which tickets get no clicks?

Yes. The heatmap shows which ticket types get attention and which get ignored — valuable for pricing strategy.
